በድጋሚ የወጣ ብሔራዊ ግልፅ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የመንቆረር ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንተርፕራይዝ በአማራ ክልል በምስራቅ ጎጃም ዞን በደብረማርቆስ ከተማ አስተዳደር የሚገኝ መንግስታዊ የሆነ የልማት ድርጅት ሲሆን ለድርጅቱ አገልግሎት የሚውሉ

  • ሎደር ብዛት =1፣
  • ገልባጭ ብዛት = 4፣
  • ክሬን ብዛት=1
  • ሰርቪስ መኪና ብዛት=1 ከአስመጭ ድርጅቶች በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመግዛት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚህም መሰረት፡

  1. ተጫራቾች የምትጫረቱበትን ዋጋ በመሙላት በስም በታሸገ ፖስታ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት ተከታታይ 30 (ሰላሳ) የስራ ቀናት ቅዳሜን ጨምሮ በድርጅቱ ቢሮ ቁጥር 7 ማስገባት ኣለባችሁ፡፡
  2. ጨረታው የጨረታ ማስገቢያው በተጠናቀቀ በቀጣይ ቀን ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 ሰዓት ታሽጎ 3፡30 ሰዓት ላይ ፍላጎት ያላቸው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ይከፈታል፣ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀኑ በበአላት ቀን ከሆነ በቀጣዩ የስራ ቀን የሚከፈት ይሆናል፡፡ ሆኖም በራሳቸው ፈቃድ በመክፈቻው ቀን ሳይገኙ የጨረታውን መከፈት አያስቀረውም፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን በዓል ከሆነ በሚቀጥለው ቀን ይከፈታል፡፡
  3. ተጫራቾች በዘርፉ ህጋዊ የተመዘገበ ንግድ ፈቃድ፣ የነጋዴነት መለያ ቁጥር፣ የዘመኑን ግብር የገበሩና የቫት ተመዝጋቢ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡
  4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ሰነዱን መንቆረር ኮንስትራክሽን ኢንተርፕራይዝ ቢሮ ቁጥር 7 ድረስ በመቅረብ በነፃ መውሰድ ይችላሉ፡፡
  5. ተጫራቾች የፋይናንሺያልና ቴከኒካል ሰነዶችን ኮፒ እና ኦርጅናል ለየብቻ በመሙላት በጥንቃቄ በማሸግ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
  6. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ 1% በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ አለባቸው፡፡
  7. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርባቸው መኪናዎች በተቀመጠው ሰፔስፊኬሽን በባለሙያ ተረጋግጦ ማለፍ አለባቸው፡፡
  8. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የውል ማስከበሪያ 10% በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም በሲፒኦ ማስያዝ አለበት፡፡
  9. ተጫራቾች አሸናፊ መሆናቸው ከተገለፀላቸው ባሉት 7(ሰባት) የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ውል በመያዝ መኪናዎችን ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  10. . ለበለጠ መረጃ በስልክ ቁጥር 09 30 95 83 51 ደውለው መጠየቅ ይችላሉ፡፡
  11. ኢንተርፕራይዙ ከቀረጥ ነጻ የማስመጣት መብት ያለው በመሆኑ ተጫራቾች ከቀረጥ በፊት ያለውን ዋጋ መሙላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
  12. ኢንተርፕራይዙ የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ ጨረታውን የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡

Walabu Construction Sh. Company has planned to invite eligible, interested and qualified bidders to participate for

  • Rent of different type’s machinery, Shower Truck, Light Vehicles, Dump trucks, Crane & Low bed

Therefore,

  1. Bidders must qualified and submit their non-returnable copies of renewed relevant license, Registration card issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, VAT Registration certificate, TIN (Tax Identification Number), Registration in FPPA’s suppliers list, and Tax Clearance certificate from the concerned authority.
  2. The bidder must provide bid security in the amount of 50,000.00 10,000, 20,000, 15,000 5000, 5000 respectively ETB in C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee issued by a legally established financial institution; any bid not secured accordingly shall be rejected automatically; (Insurance bond is not acceptable)
  3. Bidders shall prepare and sign and seal (on each page), and submit one originals and one copies of the Technical and Financial offer proposals separately.
  4. Bidders have to buy a complete bidding standard document in non-refundable 200.00, 100,150, 100, 100,100 birr respectively.
  5. The Bid shall be closed on Dec. 22, 2020 at 8:00 (Local time) and opened on the same date at 8:30 (Local time) in the presence of bidder’s or their legal representatives,

የኦሮሚያ ኮንስትራክሽን ኮርፖሬሽን በተለያዩ ፕሮጀክቶች እና ለአርጆ 3 ለሚያከናውናቸው የግንባታ ሥራዎች ከዚህ በታች የተገለፁትን የግንባታ ማሽኖችን እና ተሽከርካሪዎችን ለ2013 ዓ.ም. ተከራይቶ ለማሰራት ይፈልጋል፡፡

በዚሁ መሠረት ከኮርፖሬሽኑ ጋር መሥራት ለምትፈልጉ ሁሉ ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘሩትን መስፈርቶች የሚያሟሉ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡

  5. ሦስተኛ ወገን ኢንሹራንስ ሰርተፍኬት እና ክድርጅታችን ጋር መስራት እንደምትፈልጉ የሚገልፅ ማመልከቻ በመያዝ በስራ ቀናት ቃሊቲ የመካኒኮች አሽከርካሪዎች ማሰልጠኛ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው ድርጅታችን ቀርባችሁ መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ ኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚገኘው ቃሊቲ የመካኒኮች እና አሽከርካሪዎች ማሰልጠኛ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው ድርጅታችን ቀርባችሁ መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

INVITATION FOR BID (IFB)

1. The Dire Dawa Water Supply and Sewerage Authority has allocated funds from its own budget and intends to apply part of the funds towards the cost of the following item within the specified delivery date indicated in the bidding document and now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders.

2. Interested eligible & qualified bidders may obtain further information from Dire Dawa Water Supply and Sewerage Authority and collect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at working hours.

3. Qualifications requirements include experience in supplying at least one contract of similar items over the past years, supported with names of clients, values, and types of contracts and shall furnish documentary evidence. Manufacturer’s authorization given to the bidder including Product ISO certificates & brochures shall be attached to the document in compliance to the specifications. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.

4. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders directly from Dire Dawa Water Supply and Sewerage Authority Office No.05 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Ethiopian Birr) starting from first announcement of this notice on The Ethiopian Herald in office hours until closing date and time as specified in paragraph 5. Bidders may communicate for clarification in the address mentioned below.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9:00 AM (Morning) twenty one calendar days after this bid announcement on The Ethiopia Herald (the exact date will benotified on the bidding document). Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 9:30 AM (Morning). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
