2.Bidders must bid for the full quantity in a lot failing.
3. The Bid document shall be obtained from Oromia seed enterprise head office in beside of Agona Cinema Balakere Tower 4th floor office No 404 Addis Ababa Upon payment of non-refundable birr 200 (two hundred birr).
4. The bid will be closed on January 29/2021 at 2:00 pm(8:00 Local time) and bid will be opened on January 29/2021 at 2:30 pm (8:30 Local time) at adders mentioned in No 3 above in presence of bidders or representatives even if bidder could not be available at the specified place and time, the purchaser shall open the bid in their absence.
5. Oromia Seed Enterprise reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
