የአብክመ ህብረት ስራ ማህበራት ማስፋፊያ ኤጀንሲ ከግብርና እድገት ፕሮግራም/AGP-II/ በተገኘ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ለ3 መሰረታዊ ህብረት ስራ ማህበራት እና ለዩንየን በጥቅሉ 4 መጋዝን ለመገንባት በኢትዩጵያ ሄራልድ ጋዜጣ በቀን 26/03/2013 ዓ.ም በቁጥር Bid Package Nol ET-AAGP RPCU- 204230-CW-RFB & ET-AAGP RPC 205460-CW-REB ብሄራዊ ግልጽ ጨረታ መውጣቱ ይታወቃል፡፡

ነገር ግን የጨረታ ሰነድ መስተካከል ያለባቸው ለማስተካከል ጊዜ የወሰደ በመሆኑ የጨረታ ሰነድ ለተጫራቾች በወቅቱ መሸጥ አልተቻለም::

በመሆኑም ተጫራቾች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የጨረታ ሰነድ መግዛት የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን –25/05/2013 ዓ.ም ሲሆን በዚሁ ቀን 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ በ 4:30 ሰዓት የሚከፈት መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia bas received credit and grant from the DA toward the cost of the Agricultural Growth Program and it intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued. Accordingly, the Amhara Regional state cooperative Agency now invites eligible bidders/Contractors Grade 5/five and above for the Construction of Warehouse (four Warehouse for one Union and three Warehouse for Primary  cooperatives listed below

1.  Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
2. Bidders should be attaché technical proposal document against Technical Evaluation Criteria of biding document
3.  Bids shall be valid for a period of (120) days after the bid opening date.
4. One Bidder Participate Only 1 (One) lot/construction from the above three listed contracts.
5. Bids security should be submitted in the form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO. Conditional security is not accepted.
6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents/Renewed license which is renewed for the given budget year, VAT Registration Certificate & Taxpayer Identification Number TIN.
7. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Regional state Cooperative Agency Procurement, Finance, and Property Administration Support process, Bahirdar Near to Gambi Teaching Hospital 2nd-floor, upon payment of a non-refundable fee birr 200 to the address indicated below.
8. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, ‘Qualification information in one envelope and “Financial Bid and bid security” separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.
9. Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Cooperative Agency Procurement, Finance and Property Directorate Procurement section, 2nd Floor Room No. 14 Bahirdar near to Development Bank of Ethiopia. Bids shall be Closed on Dec. 27/2013 E.C at 4:00 AM Morning and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected.
10.  The Cooperative Agency reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
