Development Agent Residence with Kitchen &dry latrine Construction, in Meda Jalela keble Deder Woreda East Development, construct Hararghe Zone, Oromiya Region under DFSA Project Ethiopian Catholic Church Social & Commission Branch office of Harar (ECC-SDCOH) is an NGO which is registered as Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization. Currently, it runs different Projects in the zone and Fentale woreda of the East Showa zone of Oromia Region State. Gode and Jijiga zones of Somalia National Regional state, Dire Dawa administration, and Zone 3 of Afar regional state.
ECC-SDCOH. with Deder Woreda Finance and Economy office the fund received from DFSA project planned to DA Residence with Kitchen & dry latrine located in DFSA project operational areas. So for the implementation of this project ECC-SDCOH interested to invite experienced contractors.
- Eligible bidders must obtain registration for category GC-7 and above with a valid license for the current year 2013 EC
- The bid document obtained from Dedar Woreda Agriculture Office or Dire Dawa ECC-SDCOH office upon nonrefundable e of birr 150.00 (one hundred fifty birt only) for consecutive 10 (ten) working days.
- The document can be collected starting from the date of this bid announcement during the official working hours and days. The bidders can purchase the upon presentation of all required legal certificates of registration from concerned government offices and currently renewed license, Tax clearness as well as VAT certificate and TIN number.
- All bids should be submitted on or before 4:00 am of, 4/01/2021, Bid will be opened on Jan,04/01/2021, 8:30 pm in the Afternoon at Dire Dawa Ecc-Sdcoh office. During the bid, opening bidders should be attended with a legal representative and the bid will be opened whether bidders’ representatives will exist or not on stated time and date.
- .Bidders must collect a bid bond of 2% of the total amount of the project price; they can collect in acceptable CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee only.
- Bidders should clearly (legibly) put their offer both numerically and words. The bidders should Summit original technical document, original financial and copy document sealed with wax and signed, after enclosed separately and kept in one post. Should follow the procedure of bid document.
