ACTION INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER
Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization and established in 1999 in Jigjiga Ethiopia, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in the Ethiopian Somali Regional State. With emergency humanitarian response funding from GFO through Archenova under the humanitarian response through water supply rehabilitation construction/ of wash infrastructure and health hygiene awareness-raising measure in the drought-affected Somali region of Ethiopia, therefore, he projects aims to reduce the morbidity through the wash, food security, and livelihood measures and to strengthen the resilience of communities in terms of natural disasters in Kelafo Woredas of Shabeelle Zone.
This invitation is, therefore, is to secure competent Contractor (s) for the providing price of Labour, Local construction and Construction material service for five river water intake water supply in Kelafo Woreda, Somali region.

The tendering is from 1st December 2020- 16th December 2010.
The deadline for picking the tender documents is December 16th, 2020, at 4:30 pm and submission of tender is December 17th, 2020 10:30 PM. Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on 18th December 2020, at 10:30 am in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.
