The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Urban Productive Safety Net Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for procurement of Construction of Dinning Hall and Kitchen at Lideta Sub City for school feeding Program. City Government of Addis Ababa Food Security and Productive Safety Net Agency invites sealed bids from eligible qualified bidders of BC-4 or GC -4 and above Category.

Lot One- Construction of Dinning Hall and Kitchen at 10 schools in Lideta Sub City for school feeding Program.

1. Interested bidders who have relevant renewed trade license for the current budet year, hex Clearance VAT remistration evidence 
2. Bid document can be obtained from Clly Goverment of Addis Ababa Job Creation and Enterpise Development Euronu, Churchill Road, in front of EEliana. Hotel  Tinsae Building 7 th floor office no 72 Finance Directorate, during of flee hours against a non refundable payment of bir 100 (one hundred starting from November 26, 2020, 8:30 AM (Morning)
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedures and is open to all eligible bidder,
4. Completion Period within 120 calendar days starting from date of contract signing
5. Bids must be accomplished by bid bond of this oplan bir 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) for the Lot in the form of UN Conditional bank guarantee or certified payment order (CPO)
6. Bids shall be submitted ench having one original & two coples
7. Bidders should submit their technical and financial offers in wax-sealed anvelope to the Agency starting from the date announced on the ethioplan Herald
8. Bid will be closed in the presence of bidders or their legal representative on the December 28, 2020 at 10:00 AM (morning) & opened on the same date at 10:30 AM (morning) in the presence of bidder’s representative, who chooses to attend, at the address below.
9. Late bids will be rejected.
