Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents

| 1. Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2013 E.C. |
| 2. Copy of VAT Registration Certificate |
| 3. Copy of TIN Certificate |
| 4. WWC -5 and above |
| 5. Renewed registration certificate from Federal or Regional Water Resource, Mine and Electricity ministry or Bureau for WWCs or GC for 2013E.C. |
| 6. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate. |
| 7. Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids. |
